If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately.

Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • After verification, we will:
    • Arrange a return pickup (if applicable)
    • Ship the correct product within 5–7 business days

You are eligible for a refund if:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

4. Return Policy

    • Missing Quantity 
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging and all components
  • All returns are subject to inspection at our warehouse
  • Refunds are approved only after successful inspection

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Liquid products (except transit damage cases with proof)
  • Perfumes & Odor Neutralizers 
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Opened or tampered products
  • Products without original packaging or missing parts

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • In case of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims, requests may be rejected
